Virtually Completed!!
The Holiday Light Spectacular 2008 is set up and almost done. We are deciding on a few finishing touches (minor things). The problem is the lack of electrical knowledge we possess, so we are trying to avoid some issues we had last year with not enough power and some dimming of household lights and holiday lights. Overall, though, the set up is in a state that is complete and ready for viewing.
We are trying to work out a lighting ceremony date and time, but it may be a virtual ceremony (on YouTube) if no date can be worked out. Keep up to date with HLS'08 by visiting back often.
Happy Holidays!

Some Assembly Required
The Holiday Light Spectacular 2008 is a work in progress as of today, Saturday, November 29, 2008. The lights are slowly going up and the planning is still on going for running extension cords and lights in a criss-cross through the yard.
Regular nightly viewings have NOT begun yet. Due to the late Thanksgiving holiday and some other obligations, we are still working on the lights. Keep checking back on the HLS Blog to find out when we will be lighting up the sky.
