Contest

Do you plan to attend Holiday Light Spectacular 2007? If so, wouldn't you like to have the best seat in the house? Well, now you have the opportunity to win the best seat in the house along with hot chocolate and other accommodations!

Here is how the contest works: Send an e-mail to holiday.light.spectacular@gmail.com with the header "Contest". In the e-mail, include your name and your guess for how many light bulbs are used for the Holiday Light Spectacular 2007. Prior to the lighting ceremony on December 1st, the winner(s) will be announced for closest to the actual number. We will take the absolute value of the difference, so it is closest either over or under.

It's that simple. Send your guess for total number of light bulbs used for HLS'07 to holiday.light.spectacular.@gmail.com and you could have the best seat in the house!

HLS'07 Preparation of Under way!

Preparation for HLS'07 has started well in advance of the lighting ceremony. The following pictures show the process of testing lights and taking inventory on what we have. Design and set up plans are already in the works as well.

Hello. Saturday, December 1st is the day to come and see the best lighting ceremony east of Bryan Park! This is the day that the Holiday Light Spectacular 2007 has been scheduled for. Come one, come all, enjoy the light Jared will shine into your life!

Saturday, December 1st, 2007 is currently the projected date for Holiday Light Spectacular 2007. Mark your calendars and keep checking for updates and confirmation of this date.

Countdown: 1 month (approx.)

Approximately one month to the possible projected date of Holiday Light Spectacular 2007. Planning is under way to make this event more spectacular than ever! We hope to have a great turn out this year and also hope everyone who comes goes away happy.

Hopefully we will post a tentative schedule of events in the next week or two. Right now, plans are in the works for t-shirts and other souvenirs to raise funds for improvements.
